Day 1 (D)

Meet at the gate, by our friendly Airport staff who shall provide full assistance through immigration & custom. Welcome diner at one of the finest local diners to experience the Lebanese cuisine – overnight in Beirut.

 

Day 2 (B, L, D)

Drive south along the coast to Tyre to visit the Necropolis excavation, the Monumental Arch the spectacular Hippodrome and the Imperial city excavation. Afternoon drive to the coasts city of Saida. Visit of Qalaat Al-Bahr, the Crusader Castle of the Sea from the13th century, it was built on a little island at the harbor entrance. Free Tour through the Souk. Short visit to Eshmoun to visit the Temple of the Phoenician God identified to Aesculapius. Return to Beirut.

   

  
Day 3 (B, L, D)

Sightseeing tour of the capital of Lebanon, Beirut, where the history reveals a long phase of different invasions. Drive along the seashore to the picturesque rocks of the pigeons’ Rock through Hamra commercial area to the National museum and the Martyr’s Square. Then drive along the coasts street to Harissa to take the Cable up toward the outstretched arms of the Virgin of Lebanon in Harissa – a breathtaking view to Jounieh and Beirut. Proceed to Byblos, the city of the most ancient port in the world. Visit the old Souks, Old ramparts, citadel, St. John Church and Roman amphitheater. Return to Beirut. 

 

 
Day 4 (B, L, D)

Drive north through the mountain street to the famous cedars in about 2000 m height.  The majestic cedar adorns used the country flag as a landmark of the Lebanon, over centuries away Phoenizier, Egyptian and Greeks of the cedar wood as a building material. Continue to Becharre a neighboring village of the Cedars that is the birth and resting place of Jubran Khalil Jibran Lebanon’s most famous poet, visit of the little museum. Proceed to Tripoli, the second largest city of the country, to visit the castle of Raymond de Saint Gilles (Sinjil) on the mountain Pelerin, the Souk and the fisherman harbor. Return to Beirut. 

 

Day 5 (B, L, D)

Breakfast. Heading to baalbeck, Lebanon's greatest Roman treasure, can be counted among the wonders of the ancient world. The largest and most noble Roman temples ever built, they are also among the best preserved. Towering high above the Beqaa plain, their monumental proportions proclaimed the power and wealth of Imperial Rome. The gods worshipped here, the Triad of Jupiter, Venus and Mercury, were grafted onto the indigenous deities of Hadad, Atargatis and a young male god of fertility. Local influences are also seen in the planning and layout of the temples, which vary from the classic Roman design.Transfer to Damascus with full assistance through immigration & custom. Dinner & overnight.

   
Day 6 (B, L, D)

Breakfast. Full day excursion to Chahba and Bosra. Bosra was a major metropolis of the Roman Empire and a prosperous crossroads for trade. Its’ importance, nowadays, lies in housing the still preserved Roman Theater, which hosts Arab and International performers during the Bosra Art Festival. Back to Damascus for dinner and overnight.

 

Day 7 (B, L, D)

Breakfast. Sightseeing tour of Damascus, the oldest capital and continually inhabited city in the world. Visit the Omayyad Mosque, Saladin's Tomb, the Azem Palace, St. Annania’s Church, Straight Street, St. Paul's Window and the old covered bazaar. P.M visit of the National museum of Damascus. Dinner and overnight in Damascus.

 

Day 8 (B, L, D)

Breakfast. Sightseeing tour of Palmyra, Syria’s prime attraction and one of the world’s greatest historical sites where the magnificent remains: the Temple of Bel, the Arch of Triumph, Zenobia Bath and more tell stories of the reign of Queen Zenobia. Afternoon drive to Amman for overnight.

 
Day 9 (B, L, D)

After Breakfast - Start the trip by visiting Amman, Drive through the old and the new city of Amman, Citadel: Temple of Hercules, Omayyad Palace, Byzantine Church and Jordan Archaeological Museum, then drive to visit the Desert Castles – back to Amman for overnight.

 

Day 10 (B, L, D)

after breakfast - Visit to Jerash one of the best preserves Roman Tone in the world. today you can walk through “ Street of Columns “Roman Cardo. The Tow Huge Tamples of Zeus and Airtimes and a lot of other different sites, then continue to Umm Queiss / Gadara is one of the most unique Greco-Roman Decapolis sites with panoramic view over Golan Heights/Syrian mountains and lake of Tiberias, drive back to Amman for overnight.   

 
  
Day 11 (B, L, D)

After Breakfast - Drive to Madaba to visit St. George’s Greek Orthodox Church in Madaba, Mosaic map build on the Sixth Century AD. It is the oldest preserved and most detailed ancient map of the Holy Land; from Lebanon to Egypt, Then drive Mt. Nebo (Siyagha) is the memorial of Prophet Moses. Later on continue to Petra via kings highway & passing by Wadi Mujib & Kerak – dinner & overnight in Petra.

 

Day 12 (B, L, D)

After Breakfast - Your ultimate destination is the astonishing rose-red city of Petra. Which was built by Nabateans (An early Arab people). Petra was renowned for it massive architecture, pools, dams and water channels. Petra is the legacy of the Nabateans who settle in the South of Jordan more than 2 thousands years ago. The TREASURY, Royal Tombs, The Court, Roman Theatre, Roman Street, museum of Petra with a possibility to visit one of the two highest points of Petra (Al Deir, The Monastery) almost 850 high or the high place of the Sacrifice, almost 600 steps high. Then back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight in Petra.



 
Day 13 (B, L, D)

After breakfast –journey to little Beidha & the sandstone area of Wadi Rum. Lunch is enjoyed outdoors at your Camp. – Jeep tour for 2 hours & we have the opportunity to witness the awe-inspiring Arabian night-skies and the enchanting views of Wadi Rum – then heading back to Amman – panoramic farewell tour and dinner at one of the award winning restaurants in Amman - overnight.

 

Day 14 (B)

After breakfast – transfer back to Queen Alia International Airport for departure. Bon Voyage!
